Last updated: 30 July 2026
1. Our commitment
Danaez Pty Ltd. 56 643 063 067 trading as Renee Claire ("we", "us", "our"), respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, hold, use and disclose your personal information, and how you can access, correct or complain about our handling of it.
We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
By using this website, subscribing to our emails, taking a quiz, booking a session or purchasing a program, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in this policy.
2. What personal information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Identity and contact details: name, email address, phone number, postal address, country, time zone, social media handle.
- Business information: business name, website, industry, revenue range, goals, and information you share in applications or coaching.
- Purchase information: products purchased, order history, billing details, payment plan status. Full card numbers are collected and stored by our payment processors, not by us.
- Quiz and survey responses, including the answers you provide in our free assessments and intake forms.
- Content you share with us: emails, messages, application answers, group posts, coaching notes, and recordings of coaching or group calls.
- Technical information: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, referring site, and email open and click activity.
- Testimonials, reviews and results you choose to provide.
3. Sensitive information
Some of our work touches on health, wellbeing, emotional history and financial circumstances. You may choose to share sensitive information — such as information about your physical or mental health — with us in an intake form, application or coaching session.
We only collect sensitive information where you have consented and it is reasonably necessary for us to deliver the Services, or where required by law. You are never obliged to share more than you are comfortable sharing. We handle sensitive information with a higher level of care and do not use it for marketing.
4. How we collect personal information
- Directly from you: when you subscribe, complete a quiz or form, apply for a program, buy a product, book a session, email or message us, or participate in a call or community.
- Automatically: through cookies and analytics on our website, and through engagement tracking in our email platform.
- From third parties: our website and course platform, payment processors, email platform, advertising platforms, scheduling tools, and where you are referred to us by an existing client or affiliate.
Where it is lawful and practicable, you may deal with us anonymously — though we generally cannot deliver a paid program or process a purchase without your details.
5. Why we use your personal information
We use personal information to:
- deliver the products, programs, coaching, readings, retreats and communities you have purchased or requested;
- process payments, manage payment plans and issue receipts and invoices;
- communicate with you about your purchase, access details, schedules and changes;
- send you the free resource or quiz result you requested;
- send marketing emails and offers where you have opted in or where we have an existing customer relationship with you;
- personalise and improve our content, offers and website;
- run, measure and optimise advertising;
- administer our business, keep records, and manage risk;
- comply with our legal obligations, including tax and consumer law.
6. Marketing communications
We send marketing emails in accordance with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth). Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time by using that link or emailing [email protected]. We will action opt-out requests promptly.
Even after you unsubscribe from marketing, we may still send you essential transactional messages about a program you have purchased.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
7. Who we disclose your information to
We disclose personal information to third parties who help us operate our business, and only for the purpose for which it was provided. These include:
- our website, course and membership platform;
- payment processors and financial institutions;
- email marketing and CRM providers;
- video conferencing, scheduling and messaging platforms;
- cloud storage, transcription and document providers;
- analytics and advertising platforms;
- contractors, coaches, facilitators and virtual assistants engaged by us, who are bound by confidentiality obligations;
- our accountants, insurers and professional advisers;
- retreat venues and suppliers, where necessary to arrange your accommodation, transfers and dietary requirements;
- law enforcement or regulators, where required or authorised by law.
A full list of our current service providers is available on request.
8. Overseas disclosure
Some of our service providers store or process data outside Australia, including in the United States and the European Union. By providing your personal information, you consent to this disclosure. We take reasonable steps to ensure providers handle your information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles, but we cannot control, and are not responsible for, the data practices of overseas recipients once information is lawfully disclosed.
9. Cookies, analytics and advertising
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site functioning, remember your preferences, understand how visitors use the site, and measure advertising.
You can disable or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features of the site may not work correctly as a result. Where we use advertising platforms, they may set their own cookies and match your activity to their own records under their own privacy policies.
10. Data security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure — including password protection, access restrictions, reputable providers and secure payment gateways.
No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure. While we take security seriously, we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to or from our website.
11. How long we keep your information
We keep personal information for as long as it is needed for the purpose we collected it, and for as long as we are required to keep records by law (for example, financial records for seven years). When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify it.
12. Accessing and correcting your information
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete or misleading. Please email [email protected] with your request.
We will respond within a reasonable period, usually within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity first. If we refuse access or correction, we will tell you why in writing and explain how you can complain.
13. Complaints
If you believe we have breached the Australian Privacy Principles or mishandled your personal information, please contact us at [email protected] with details of your concern. We will acknowledge your complaint and aim to resolve it within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au or by calling 1300 363 992.
14. Children
Our Services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be published on this website with the date it was last updated.
